pork tenderloin

beef broth

onion, sliced

barbecue sauce
plus some for dipping
Instructions
Place pork tenderloin in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Mix barbecue sauce and beef broth together and then pour over pork tenderloin.
Let cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Shred with 2 forks and serve.
