Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
If you like cabbage…and ground beef with great flavor…add this to you menu!
This recipe is perfect for weight loss surgery patients because it’s packed with protein but it brings a lot of flavor. This recipe also freezes well so you could divide this meal up into small containers with lids and freeze them for up to 6 months. Check out the members video course on cooking for one for what containers I recommend and other recipes you can do this with!
It’s so convenient to buy shredded cabbage in the bagged salad section of your grocery store. Use half the bag on this recipe and then use the rest of the bag on this Asian Chicken Bowl! I love the Asian Chicken bowl because it’s great hot or cold so the leftovers make a PERFECT lunch that doesn’t even need to be reheated.
