Turkey Bacon Wrapped Pork with Mango Salsa
This recipe is FULL of amazing flavors and packed with protein. While the original idea of this recipe came from Kraft® Food and Family Magazine, it’s been adapted by 3 or 4 ingredients to better fit a bariatric surgery diet.
Remember to take small bites, eat slowly and stop at the first sign of fullness after your bariatric surgery!

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean pork tenderloin, cut into 5 pieces
- 5 slices turkey bacon
- 1 mango, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Wrap a slice of turkey bacon around each piece of pork tenderloin. Secure with a toothpick.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet to medium high heat. Add pork and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until internal temp reads 145F.
- While pork is cooking, prepare the salsa by combining the mango, red pepper, green onion and lime juice. Toss together and serve on top of pork.
