Tex-Mex Burger Patties – Low Carb WLS Recipe
Tex-Mex Burger Patties – Low Carb WLS Recipe
Anytime I go by the Sprouts meat counter (which is every Sunday) the pre-made burger patties catch my eye. It’s amazing the different flavors they create. More than once we’ve bought two burger patties for a great price and thrown them on the grill. Then we look at each other and say “oh my gosh, what is IN this??” It’s amazing what packing flavor and veggies in a burger can do. We don’t even put anything on the burger- just eat it alone with a fork- it just doesn’t need anything else!
Therefore I officially declare that I, Steph Wagner (yes- shameless use of my new last name), will be holding a Burger ‘o The Month in the Wagner household. I will then rub it in your face with a picture on Facebook. Then, I will likely give you the recipe on here. You’re welcome in advance!!!
First up is the Tex-Mex Burger Patty. An adaptation to- yes, again– THE Rachael Ray.
