Steak Caesar Salad – WLS Recipe
Steak Caesar Salad – WLS Recipe
Here’s the thing about this recipe. It’s not going to seem that exciting.
You might even think “Wow Steph, really? A basic salad? You’re supposed to be the creative one…”
I rarely ever make a “main dish” salad. Side salads- all the time. A big salad for dinner, not really. Probably because I feel I can’t make a salad as good as a restaurant without spending a lot of money. They have so many ingredients! But when summer starts approaching, something light and even fairly simple sounds awesome.
And at least it’s not chicken? Come on. We mostly think chicken when we think salad.
So yes, this is a very basic and simple Steak Caesar Salad sans croutons. It’s basic, simple, non-creative…and refreshing.
Note: this meal is gluten free, but as always review the ingredient list (in this case on the Caesar Dressing & Grated Cheese) if you have a wheat allergy as it can depend upon the brand. Most groceries stores offer a gluten free section for products.
