Southwest Burger with Avocado

I love the flavors of this Southwest Burger topped with Avocado! You won't miss the bun when you're staying on your low carb post-op Gastric Sleeve or Gastric Bypass diet! Packed with protein and very filling. #gastricsleeverecipes #gastricbypassrecipes #duodenalswitch #weightlosssurgerydiet #shrimp #highproteineasymeal #lowcarb

I love the variety you can make with burgers. The first time I tell someone to eat their burger without the bun, I get a very…very dirty look. It’s okay. I can take it. I proceed to tell them of all the ways to make their burger patty and suddenly it doesn’t sound so bad! Here is a great way to change up the same ol’ burger that keeps weight off!
