Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 bag decaf chai tea
- 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp natural sweetener
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Heat water over stop top (or microwave), remove from heat and steep tea bag for 2 minutes.
- Remove tea bag and stir in almond milk and sweetener. Heat on low another 2 minutes.
- Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

I use off brand Stevia in my house. I’ve adjusted to the taste and find it affordable! I have also enjoyed Swerve in the past. I have only tried Monk Fruit once but have members who enjoy it.
