Rainbow Steak Kebabs – Bariatric Recipes
Kraft Foods has always been a great resource for me when it come to great meal ideas. I love getting their magazine in the mail and sorting through what I can make fit the bariatric diet. Recently I saw their recipe for Grilled Rainbow Chicken Kebabs. While this recipe sounds amazing itself, it was the footnotes that really caught by eye.
I was in the mood for something other than chicken when I saw the tips section at the bottom of the recipe. The steak version! Viola!
Kebabs are such an awesome meal to get together. Very few ingredients and very little clean up involved. After I put the leftovers away and looked around the kitchen, I couldn’t believe I didn’t have anything to clean up! Try my Teriyaki Chicken Kebabs too!
