There is a reason there are t-shirts about addictions to pumpkin pie spice. Whether it’s the scent of a candle, a baked good or a fancy coffee the flavor is everywhere!
One thing I have found to be helpful during the temptations of the Fall is to get creative with the flavors and smells without the extra sugar and baked goods. I put pumpkin and apple scents in my Scentsy® warmer, I put mums in my flower planters and I swap out my hand soaps for my favorite Fall smells.
I also add ground pumpkin pie spice to my coffee! I find this brings that Fall spice flavor without any sugar. I still use a splash of French Vanilla creamer but it still satisfies that flavor craving without a full blow Pumpkin Spice Latte!

Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee
Equipment
- Coffee Maker or French Press
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Ground Coffee
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Add coffee grounds to coffee maker and add pumpkin pie spice to the grounds. Use a spoon to lightly stir in the spice.
- Brew coffee as you usually do!
