Insurance:
I am in-network with Aetna, United, BCBS and Cigna and can bill for patients residing in Kansas, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Virginia, Connecticut, New Jersey, Michigan, Colorado, Missouri, Massachusetts, and Texas. Many patients with these plans have Dietitian visits paid in full with preventative health coverage.
How to get started – book an appointment below and your benefits will be verified. You will hear back in 2-3 days.
Cash-pay:
For patients residing in other states or with other insurance plans, cashpay is available for $130 per 60-minute session. Patients outside of the states listed above will receive nutrition coaching versus counseling. We will not discuss specific disease management and instead focus on habit-building. You will receive documentation from me describing the difference or we can refer you to a licensed provider in your state for medical nutrition therapy.
