Honey Mustard & Lime Pork Chops
Honey Mustard & Lime Pork Chops
What a beautiful weekend we’ve had!!! Our house has been busy, busy, busy. Moves, remodels, wedding planning, and oh…a few other things. I know I am not alone facing a busy season! Kids have ballgames, traveling season has started, and life provides surprises in the middle. Although nice weather brings a busy week, it also brings the perfect timing for the grill!
Grilling is one of my favorite methods of cooking. Yes, because of flavor…but also because I am not in charge of the grilling. Marinades?! You got it. Fire up the grill…yeah, no. My part is about 5 minutes and then it’s time to pass it off! Even still, the grill time is about 15 minutes.
This marinade was very flavorful, and in my opinion it kept moisture into the meat. It was wonderful on pork, but I imagine any poultry…maybe even fish..would be wonderful!
