Chicken Fingers *Video!
Chicken fingers are on of my all time favorites. I just had to create something similar with a healthier approach. Watch this video and create your own version!
*When making a larger amount: Sear the chicken fingers in a hot pan to create a crispy texture, then move to a 350 oven to cook the rest of the way.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano (or seasoning of choice)
