This Week’s Featured Item: Heavy Duty Poultry Shears

Steph’s Thoughts:

I went through my second pair of Pampered Chef meat choppers recently. I mean, my second pair in 12 years so it’s possible I’m going to buy a third pair but before I do, I’m going to try these heavy duty poultry shears.

I love quality meat scissors for cutting meat into cubes, but I love the meat choppers for dicing cooked meats. I am confident I will use these shears with raw meat, but will have to report back if they can replace my beloved PC ones for dicing cooked ones to my liking…to be continued!
