Ingredients: 1 head iceburg lettuce (shredded); 1 red onion (diced); 1/4 cup banana pepper (diced); 6 oz deli turkey (sliced); 6 oz deli ham (sliced); 3 oz turkey pepperoni (sliced); 4 slices part skim mozzarella cheese (sliced); 2 tbsp parmesan (reduced-fat, grated ); 1/4 cup mayonaissue (light); 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, 0% fat); 2 tbsp banana pepper juice; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp oregano; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper

The dressing came out way too thick for me. I added red wine vinegar and some water to thin it down. But it was delicious!

Thank you for the feedback! Yes, it’s a thick dressing. A little goes a long way! Great addition to thin it to your preference with red wine vinegar!
