Hi Paula! Thanks for the message. This site has hundreds of weight-loss surgery recipes! You can find the recipe tab at the top of this page or you can use the search bar on the top right hand side if you want to search for something specific such as “chili.” You can also find categories to the right hand side of the page to select certain cooking methods or certain protein types. Some of the recipes will be “locked” for members. Membership is $10 per month but the first two weeks are free. You can find out more about membership here.
