Cucumber Mint Yogurt – WLS Recipe

Untitled

If you ever eat Mediterranean food, this is the yummy yogurt sauce that comes on the side. Yes, also known as the Tzatziki Sauce. Yuma!

This is a super fast way to make your own version. The star ingredients is Greek yogurt, and I know you are shocked by that….because I never substitute anything with Greek yogurt.

I put this on top of seared pork tenderloin. My mom put it on her tomatoes and cucumbers. My vegetarian sister and brother-in-law mixed it into their pesto rice. All of this is to say, it’s incredibly versatile.

It was so good I’m certain I will keep these ingredients on hand to create this dip often. It’s like the new hummus! Not that I’m cutting things off with hummus. We will still be in each other’s lives.
