Bariatric Food Coach recipes are made with three things in mind: bariatric friendly, easy to follow, and under 30 minutes

^^Because of THAT right there. I can safely say there are far, FAR more than 21 Easy Bariatric Summer Dinners on this here website.

But what this post does, is bring a smaller amount of recipes together for you to browse without scrolling for the all-the-live-long day. Because no one needs help doing that ;-)

**But pro tip: the “Recipes” tab on this site can be filtered or searched to cut down your scrolling time. Member plus? You can add a recipe to a collection and save recipes you’re interested in for later.

The recipes I’ve rounded up here are Seasonally geared toward Summer. They use fresh flavors like lemon or mint. Or use outdoor grills – which is hands down my favorite way to batch cook.

Usually, my blogs include an audio version but since this post is so visually based – I will let your eyes do the work instead of your ears.

These bariatric summer recipes are not organized in any particular order. There are some side dishes mixed in with mostly entrees, and even one appearance from a beverage.

But what you WON’T see are annoying ads that keep popping up! Because in 2013 I decided to make my website a membership option instead of using ads to cover my costs.

All the recipes in this post are unlocked and available to visitors and members alike! My Summer gift to you.

  1. Made the chicken margarita. I added some salt n pepper. Also a drizzle of EVO because the chicken can get too dry on the top. It was good but I think that next time I will use lemon n lime juices. Loved the outcome and so did awesome hubby Paul.
